« Nous avons demandé un thé vers 11:00 pour y accueillir un ami, réponse: “there is no service now”. Puis nous avons demandé pour un entretien avec notre visiteur, au calme car il y avait un match de foot dans le grand salon et beaucoup de bruit, sollicitant de nous mettre dans un salon annexe, réponse: “no that’s not possible”. « Friendly staff, nice breakfast, unfortunately no hot water for the whole weekend. Staff kept saying it was repaired but that wasn't the case. The weekend, was cold and wet so no hot shower was pretty grim. »

« This boutique hotel is perfect in every way. A fantastic location close to the beach and other local areas like Seahouses, Bamburgh, Craster, Alnwick and Beadnell village. The staff are so friendly, smiley and helpful and work so hard. The Full Northumbrian breakfast is outstanding . We will be returning. Thank you ! »
