Dog Friendly! This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath dog friendly home overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway is a great place to relax any time of year. Located on the North end of Surf City, you’re close to shopping and dining, and right across the street from The Trailer Bar, one of Topsail Island’s most famous entertainment institutions. Ready to hit the sand? There are beach chairs and umbrella for you to use, which Shore Beats the Work of bringing them from home! The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen make it easy to stay connected while making meals or watching movies. The dining table seats 4, plus there is room for 4 more at the kitchen counter. Sweet Dreams: Top Floor Bedroom: Queen Bed; TV; full private bathroom with shower; access partially covered sun deck AND access to rooftop sun deck overlooking the Intraceoastal Waterway 1st Floor Back East Bedroom: Queen Bed; full bath with tub/shower adjacent 1st Floor Back West Bedroom: Double over Double Bunk Bed; full bath with tub/shower adjacent Outdoor Spaces: There are plenty of great outdoor spaces to enjoy at this home. The ground level offers covered parking, and a covered patio area, plus an enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold water).. The first floor has a streetside covered porch and a second covered deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped fenced in back yard, both have wonderful swings and furniture for relaxing. The second floor has a partially covered sundeck with furniture that overlooks the backyard and has a great view of the marsh and ICW. And there is a third level sundeck with amazing views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway! In the backyard you’ll find a lovely, shaded seating area. Location: Your beach rental is located approximately 2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past. They had the run of 3 porches and a backyard. The layout of the house with master bedroom on second floor was great, especially when we had visitors. The only negative comment would be the lack of kitchen space to store our dry goods.
