This beautiful townhouse, located in the Summer Winds complex, offers the best of what Topsail has to offer! Extraordinary views of Topsail Island can be enjoyed from every level of the house while you spend your vacation enjoying all of the comforts of home. The property features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, bonus sitting room, a community pool and ocean access just steps away! The unique reverse floor plan will have you arriving on the main sleeping level of the home first. Up one flight of stairs you will arrive in a comfortable sitting area which serves as a great place to congregate before heading to bed. Access to a covered deck overlooking the Summer Wind’s pool area is located just off this room via glass French doors, making it easy to keep an eye on the action while you and your guests enjoy the neighborhood amenities. A flat-screen TV with DVD/VCR player is offered in this space as well as a sleeper sofa for extra bedtime options. The first bedroom on this level offers a king size bed to cozy up in at the end of a perfect day on the beach. A TV with DVD player are provided to help you catch up on your shows at the end of the day. A private full bathroom is located en suite for convenient access. On the opposite side of this level is the second bedroom. This room is a great spot for the kiddos, offering two twin size beds, TV and DVD player for kiddo friendly movies at the end of the day. This room also features a private full bathroom. All bedrooms in A Paradise Inn include ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable during the summer months. Heading up the stairs to the main living level you will find a landing area which houses the laundry closet. A full size washer and dryer make keeping all those suits and towels fresh. A half bath is also located at this level for your convenience. Continuing up you’ll arrive in the main living area. The spacious open floor plan offers the perfect base for entertaining and catching up with your group. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room offering plenty of seating for you and your guests to relax and enjoy a movie on the big flat screen TV. Take advantage of the wireless internet to keep you connected while away from home. (No work allowed) Access to the upper deck provides you with great views of Topsail and will let you lay out and work on your tan. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for mealtimes and entertaining. This large kitchen offers ample storage for tucking away groceries and snacks. A separate dining table is included so all of your guests can sit together to enjoy a meal and catch up on the days activities. This level has direct access to a poolside deck. Opposite of the living room you will find the third bedroom in the home. This comfortable bedroom will serve as a tranquil getaway when you’re ready to call it a night. A large king size bed is provided and a television with DVD player will let you catch up on your shows before calling it a night. Like the rest of A Paradise Inn bedrooms, a ceiling fan is provided for extra comfort and a private full bathroom is provided. Up one last flight of stairs you will find another landing, offering a convenient half bathroom, and then the loft area at the top. This additional sitting area gives you a bird’s eye view of all the action happening on the living level. You won’t miss a thing! A television with DVD player is located here along with a small table for card games. A sleeper sofa is offered for extra guests. Sorry, no pets. No Smoking! Parking for 2 cars! Needs a little TLC This place is really perfect for beach access, the pool is awesome to help cool off at a long day at the beach. The house was not very clean unfortunately, felt a little grimy upon arrival. Property management was quick to respond to some issues including dirty sheets and the first level back door broken(was not able to be fixed). The issues that were bothersome but not deal breakers were: the trash can was junk, barely held a bag and the lid always had an issue, the table in the dining room is huge and that’s great but it takes up so much room there is barely any room to even sit. The bar stools were just in the way and blocked the walk way. The kitchen had a TON of fruit flies. We bought traps to help clear them but it was so bad. Overall carpets felt dirty, surfaces were sticky, it needs a good deep clean. Again great location, set up of the house was perfect, beds were ok, but needs a little TLC. Thanks! ##### Deana M. The place is beautiful with its ocean view and beach access across the street. Everyone slept comfortably and there was more than enough room for all of us. We were extremely pleased with how well-stocked the kitchen was! No need to bring anything extra except for a griddle if you are cooking for a larger group. Alot of room to spreadout. However we had some hiccups. We picked this specific place because of the beach location and pool right under the balancy for the winddown time for the kids. Sadly the pool was closed the whole week we were there. This was a huge issue for us because we spent the money for the pool to not have it. The property management (after we complained twice and with a little attitude on their end) got us tickets to a pool 10 minutes away. However, that was not convenient and not why we spend extra money on this location. The upkeep of the house needs work. The faucet was leaky which once we called was fixed in 2 days (but why do we have to do this during vacation?). The beds were hard. The sheets were scratchy and too small. The towels were sparce and scratchy. I feel we spent alot of money to only get about 1/2 of the relaxation and comfort. The filth and uncleanliness speaks to many years of neglect by the property owner. As soon as we stepped foot into the property the odor of mildew was the first impression. The carpets were not clean or vacuumed and the surfaces of the remaining floors were dirty. As far as functionality, there were not nearly enough towel racks in the bathrooms, there are plenty of dishes, cups/glasses and silverware. The furniture is all dated as well. Unfortunately, the sleeper sofas were less than accommodating and the first night required us to “make due” even though one sleeper sofa was broken and the other one had a mattress that was very badly stained. This again was not the fault of the agency as it is clearly neglect on the part of the homeowner. So we made due the best we could and just had to wash our feet more often because they continued to turn black from the floors. Gross! So advice to the homeowner. Only a couple things could use updating - the baking sheets and pans in the kitchen are worn and rusted. The TVs say smart tv but I couldn’t figure out if Netflix was an option. It would be nice to have Netflix available. Lastly the pool lounge chairs need replaced by the HOA. I’m guessing the hurricane did them in. They are there broken up. ##### Trudy L. We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Inn G, finding the house clean, quite comfortable and spacious. Six of us were able to spread out easily, never once feeling cramped. The proximity to the beach is great--just a stone's throw away, and wow, is it GORGEOUS!!! My only negative would be the noise level at certain times, although I suppose it's to be expected in a town home community where people are vacationing. There was one night the neighbors kept us up until 2:30am! I do have to say that Earnest (the owner) really went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable and happy during our stay, and even provided restaurant recommendations for us!
