« My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Absolutely adorable place. Completely private location. The house itself was immaculately clean and newly renovated with a pretty interior with comfortable, sturdy furniture. The host was so nice and very responsive. Next time we are in Maine, this will be our first choice rental. »

« This place is very clean and the rooms are large. I enjoyed the walk down to the water, which is close by. Kitchen was well stocked. I, too, felt a railing on the stairs would be helpful. I am new to the Vacasa connection, so that took some learning, but all went well. »

« This was the perfect stay for our family of 8. The 3 bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen and laundry machines made everything very convenient and enjoyable versus all of us being separated in hotel rooms. The owner was super responsive to all of our questions. Location is perfect as it’s close to downtown Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park and is right by a beautiful river just down the street! Highly recommend this property. »

« The house was fantastic. Clean and decorated so cute. The house was located closed enough to tourists attraction yet far enough away for piece and quiet. Getting back to mother nature. The attraction we're seeing lighthouses. Tour of the land by plane and whale watching. »

« Photos are accurate that are on VRBO an added bonus it has air conditioning!!! There is also a portable one in the main bedroom and an oscillating fan if needed. In the area there are plenty of shops and restaurants near by and a local fresh seafood place. The place has amenities for the washer and dryer, k cups, ice trays, nice bath soap and shampoo, towels and rags are soft can’t go wrong staying here for a visit in Bangor Maine. We would stay here again!!!The driveway has some buckling but...

« This is such a unique property. The attitude and helpfulness of all the staff and the owners makes you feel like you have known them forever. The main house is open 24 hours for access to a full kitchen, living room, sitting room, office setup, laundry room and hot tub. There are snacks for guests (and their pups) out all the time, and a great fire pit with wood and fire starters which we used both nights of our stay. Property is an older site but insides are immaculate and cozily decorated. »
