Nice little touches such as the Smart TV with Netflix, the chocolate snacks, the espresso coffee machine with a supply of coffee pods, and the washing machine detergent (we'd forgotten to bring some). Short walk to restaurant strip. Only negative is the Murray St traffic noise, but it's not too bad if the living room windows are kept closed.
