There are no elevators in the buildings. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hilton Head Island LLC. The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30\. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24\. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This was our first time staying at the Island club and we visit HHI every year. We were very happy with the size of this condo and the location was okay. It's one of the furthest from the beach but we booked 11 days before leaving which was last minute! Things we loved; The space, the modern look, bed was VERYY comfortable. The balcony was also nice looking over the pond. Our daughter loved looking for the ducks! We also loved that the pools were heated and the kiddie pool worked perfect for us. My husband also used the gym a couple times and said it was nice. Cleanliness was a 3/5 there was food splattered on the wall above the couch, food on the TV stand and food on the trim walking into the bedroom. Be aware this is a very bare bones rental. There are no coffee filters, coffee, spices, cooking supplies ETC for convenience. Bring your own. The drain in the shower also needs looked at because it does not drain well. Other than that we were very happy with out stay and would definitely look into staying at Island Club again! ##### Darian D.
