The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts a washing machine, microwave, and a full range of cutlery and crockery, ideal for preparing delicious meals.  
To the rear of the apartment, you'll find two spacious double bedrooms, each of them fitted with wardrobes for ample storage space. Finally, our stylish contemporary bathroom comes with beautiful part-tiled walls, a pedestal hand basin, and a convenient shower.

Hastings train station is an approximately a 10 minute walk to the property.  
  
The property is located on Hastings seafront, there is a public underground car park located just in front of the property which costs approximately £10.00 for 24hrs. Please be aware the car park we suggest is locked between 23:00 and 07:00, and has a height restriction of 2.2 metres.  
  
There is 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment door.
