This unit not affiliated with the ships inn hotel . the pool is next door not in the same property. No pets allowed . we don't provide towels, we provide bed sheets only .

Located at 23 B St directly across the beach & boardwalk, you can see the fireworks without leaving the apartment as its across the street from the building.
this property feature
8 apartments all units is 2-Bedroom. Full kitchen w/all the amenities, full bathroom w/bathtub. living room has ceiling fan and an AC. the master bedroom has 1 queen bed .second bedroom has twin over full beds, and an extra twin bed, smart TV ( no local channels ), internet. All units are almost identical in which we may interchange one for the other. if you prefer 1st floor please check unit1,2,3,4 . first floor is good for elderly people and handicapped .we offer 1 parking per unit ,we can provide extra parking for extra fees.
we can provide bigger parking spot for big cars only

La propreté était vraiment mauvaise j’ai dû laver le plancher par 3 fois,

Il y’avait 2 divans dans la pièce bon pour la poubelle complètement brisé, il manquait plusieurs articles de cuisine,la cour arrière était pleine de vieux meubles et de vidanges,c’était très malpropre.je ne recommande à personne.

Very disappointing, not as expected.

This trip was for our 10th anniversary and we were looking forward to getting away to the beach. But the unit was not at all as expected or as listed. It's very dated and obvious that as little as possible goes into the upkeep of it. It had the bare basics and no more. The toilet didn't flush from the start & needed plunging several times. Grabbed the maintenance guy to fix it, he came, checked it out & said it was fixed but it wasn't resolved. The listing advertised a tub but the drain stopper was broken & didn't hold water. Looked all over for a stopper, but none. There was no stopper for the kitchen sink either, so washing dishes was a pain. The internet/tv was extremely slow, so searching for a show to watch was a joke. No paper towels as listed and the clock battery was dead. We were never given info on how to access the "shared pool", so no clue on that? Add all this to being stuck in the unit due to rain, made for a lousy trip and a big disappointment for our 10th. We were so annoyed, we just left early. The few good things I can say is the location was excellent, close to the beach (too bad we never made it), the unit was clean and the manager was very responsive any time I had a question. When I informed him of the missing sink/tub stoppers, he claimed they were under the sinks; believe me, there wasn't much in the unit, I would definitely have seen them. The fact that these essentials were missing yet there was a plunger for the toilet kind of says a lot!

Ok, close to town

Fairly clean. Decent location. Read fine print. NO TOWELS AT ALL . They require dishes to be done, but no dish towels or dish soap. Has pots and pans but no cooking utensils. Had to use eating spoon and fork to cook . Parking is terrible, no room, but they did warn you. Charges 35 per day for 2nd vehicle. I dont know many regular vehicles that could hold 6 adults and all luggage, when the rooms house 6 people.

Convenient location

The description of this property is pretty accurate. The parking is tight but doable. Location is very good. Close to beach and boardwalk. The apartment is well worn, but clean enough and comfortable. The kitchen is sparsely stocked. Not enough silverware, pots and pans or dishware to prepare and eat meals. Bring the items you know you can’t do without. The larger appliances are there. Coffee pot ,microwave etc…

The place was nice and clean. Steps from the beach. We had a phenomenal time and will definitely be staying there again. The only negative thing I found was the second floor porch was very small to walk on, and parking was tight. But still would stay there again anytime

Great location but very dated

The positives: The location can't be beat, you're a block from the boardwalk and beach and there is a pool across the street. There are two air conditioning units that worked very well and kept us cool. And it was nice to have a full-size fridge and freezer to stock up on snacks for the kids. Also, the WiFi was great and the TV had Netflix on it which was nice to have. And the host was responsive. The negatives: I found the apartment to be kind of falling apart in places, even though the listing mentioned everything was updated. The couches were lumpy and stained and very uncomfortable. There was duct tape holding together the kitchen counters, and the floors were not as clean as I would have hoped when we arrived, there was still sand on them. Also, the parking lot is VERY tight and we had a really hard time getting in and out of it.

Expectations not met.

The floors were not clean the bottom of my feet were black. Had to wash them before going to bed. Haven't done that since I was 7 years old. The blinds were broken and privacy was there. I checked in at 3:00 and was out the following morning at 7:30. It ruined my birthday week with no expectations of a refund since everything is non refundable and you have to pay up front. Never had this happen to me before. Sooo disappointed and I felt scammed.

Hampton Beach, NH downtown

Very old and bare bones, but extremely clean. Couches are not at all comfortable. The host is very nice and friendly, and has a beautiful family. The neighbors were cordial.

Great location!!

Location was perfect for the Seafood Festival … walking distance to everything! The apartment was plenty big for 4 of us and had a nice big fridge! Good pressure in the shower and had plenty of hot water!! Sami, the owner, was great and very helpful!!

Check-in was simple, property owner very responsive and location was perfect. Everything was as expected but had to put bedspreads over couches as they were not very clean looking. Water and ice maker in fridge didn't work and couldn't connect to wi-fi, so used data instead. Rooms a little noisy inside but quiet from the outside. The best part was unexpected fireworks on a Friday night that we all watched right from our balcony, away from the crowds.

Great location to restaurants, stores and beach. Very nice little coffee/breakfast shop on corner. Beds very comfortable. Clear instructions on how to access the property upon check-in. Very easy process! Overall a great stay.

Very clean the bed were comfy and sheets were white and clean and smelled good to and close to the beach,the host was very nice,he let us keep our car parked on the property after check out for a few hours while we took the kids to the beach..I will definitely recommend staying here,already cant wait to return next year.👍
