« Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn. »

« Large: die Large ist sehr zentral, direkt auf der Fußgängerzone, man kann jederzeit ausgehen, Restaurants, shops, Weihnachtsmärkte sind alle in der Nähe. Gleichzeitig auch Nachteil, da keine Parken-Möglichkeiten gehen sind. Man muss gegenüber dem Brücke kurz parken um Gepäck auszulagern. Danach fährt man ins Parkhaus auf dem Berg. Parkgebühr muss man mit ca. 20€ pro. Tag dazu rechnen. Personal : Personal sind ok, ich werde ehe "zurückhaltend" als unfreundlich sagen. Meisten sprechen sie sowohl...

« Un cadre particulièrement calme et agréable. L'hôtel et les thermes tiennent leurs promesses. L'espace aquatique est complet avec de nombreuses activités. Il est regrettable que quasiment aucun membre du personnel ne parle anglais... Le service au bar et au restaurant est d'une lenteur insupportable... Il nous a fallu 2H30 pour manger un plat... Le menu n'est pas en anglais. La moitié des plats proposés ne sont pas disponibles. »
