"AC worked well and heater. Beds were clean. Laundry could use an update, it smelled and half of the machines were not working properly. But kitchen worked well and dishes and fridge all well. Breakfast was okay, warm average options. "

"They need to update the rooms. The bathroom needs to be painted and the door didnt lock. The ceiling looks like it will come down. There is chipped paint all over the property. The carpeting needs to be replaced. It looks like its been at least 30 or 40 years since the place has been renovated. The location is excellent and its near the water. Great views, but the property needs a major renovation and decorating."
