Enjoy the well-kept garden with a lawn and plant life, as well as a private wildlife garden and an indoor heated pool with privacy and security fencing. The property boasts amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, and parking on the premises.

Immerse yourself in the outdoor splendor of this vacation rental. Bask in the shared 8,000 m2 well-kept garden featuring lush lawns and vibrant plants. Indulge in your own private 2,000 m2 well-kept wildlife garden with a lawn. Take a refreshing dip in the angular, heated indoor pool with privacy and secure fencing, measuring 3 x 4 m and 12 m2 with a depth of 140 cm. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, and enjoy the convenience of on-site parking for two cars.

Unit Layout  
You can enjoy a spacious 5-room house spanning 80 square meters, fully renovated in 2022 with beautiful and tasteful furnishings. The main living/dining area features a dining table, TV, and flat screen, leading out to the terrace and swimming pool. Additionally, there is a separate living room of 15 square meters with a sliding door, TV, and flat screen, also offering access to the swimming pool.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the Philipps coffee machine. Stepping outside, you'll find a terrace of 15 square meters with a south-west facing position, terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs (2). The property also offers a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, and a hair dryer. Free WiFi internet access is provided.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor comprises three bedrooms: one room with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and two rooms, each with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). There is also a separate bathroom with a toilet. The property is equipped with electric heating and offers a view of the sea. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed. A smoke alarm is installed on the premises. This vacation rental is offered by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
