The apartment is located in a privileged location. The Costa Sur Urbanization is on the border of Chorrillos and Barranco and is like a "spa" in the middle of the city. Walk along the promenade (malecón) at any time of the day and night with complete peace of mind because we have security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can leave your car in the public parking lot within the urbanization, which is completely closed. There is also a nice park with benches and a play area for pets. Just a 10-minute walk away you can reach the beaches, Sombrilla, Yuyos, among others, to swim, surf or do your exercise routine on Agua Dulce beach, which has gym equipment, or simply enjoy a wonderful day at the beach. The apartment has a room with an incredible view of the famous Chorrillos Bay in the Pacific Ocean. Snuggle up with your memory foam pillows on your queen mattress and prepare to fall into a deep sleep lulled by the waves of the sea within the enveloping environment of the sea breeze. Next to the bed you have a nice nightstand with a reading lamp and several drawers. The room has a dresser with several drawers and a space to hang your clothes and a shelf. To ensure a restful sleep, just draw the black out curtains that cover the entire window. The living room has two very comfortable sofas and two poufs, a rocking chair to watch your favorite movies on a 55-inch 4K television, and you also have all the entertainment platforms and the Gold package from the cable company Directv. The dining room is composed of a large table with two very comfortable chairs and two benches. The kitchenette is complete: large 2-door refrigerator, microwave oven, gas stove, blender, oven to heat bread, coffee maker, rice cooker, complete set of pots, kitchen utensils, cutlery, complete kitchenware, glasses, cups, etc., basic condiments, coffee and sugar. The bathroom is small but complete: shower with 8 heat temperatures, anal shower hose, towels, soap and shampoo. When you leave the Urbanization and simply walk, you can visit the Bridge of Sighs, the Osma Museum, craft breweries, bars like Juanito, Victoria, Ayahuasca, live music at the La Noche cultural center and many good restaurants with typical and international food , such as Isolina, Cantarana and especially the BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD "CENTRAL" which is located two blocks from the urbanization. Two blocks from the mini apartment is Chorrillos Avenue with all types of mobility to any part of Lima. In front of the entrance is the Maison de Santé Clinic with an emergency 24 hours a day.
