Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again. »

« I recently visited with my husband and baby for a weekend away. We had a brilliant stay in the Montana log cabin! The place was spotless on arrival and styled beautifully. We particularly loved the outdoor tub, as well as the seating area at the front with gorgeous sunset views. Easy check in and check out process. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot. »

« Communication was good and all check in and out details easy. The property was very clean, and lovely decor. It had all the amenities we needed, with tea, coffee and sachet milk left as well. The balcony is a bonus. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, and access in and out of Cheltenham by car. Great to have the parking space in such a central location. Only downside is the noise from the road early in the morning with delivery lorries. Overall an amazing place to stay and we would stay again. »

« No complaints at all about the property it was spotless and in a perfect location. Parking was secure and well organised. Our only compliant is that we checked out over a week ago and have still not received a refund of the deposit by bank transfer as promised even though we were informed it was being paid. We stay in a lot of holiday lets with refundable deposits and have never had to use a bank transfer system before. Using a credit card guarantee is in our view far better as bank transfers...
