The rooms are a little nicer and the service is slightly better than most other options. Just don't expect the room to be huge. This particular location is perhaps one of the lesser Paco locations. The reason is due to the street outside and neighborhood. It's noisy and not exactly clean in the streets, but if you want to see authentic inner urban city China - you won't forget it. The plus is that the lake and parks are not far away.
