« Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée à l’hôtel Ibis Hasselt. Le réceptionniste était très gentil, courtois, poli et vraiment professionnel dans son travail. "L’hôtel est difficile à trouver et situé dans une zone sans intérêt, loin de tout. La climatisation était mal réglée. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal. J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner. Pour le dîner , le service au restaurant était de mauvaise qualité : on a été obligés de demander qu’on nous apporte la carte La nourriture était médiocre . On est partis un jour plus tôt . Le séjour m’a coûté cher. Établissement à éviter à tout prix "

"La réception est à revoir, quand la personne vous regarde de derrière le mur vitrė de la cuisine et qu' elle ose vous dire" vous avez attendu longtemps ? Inadmissible. Ensuite il n' y avait pas de lumières dans la chambre, la décision a été prise rapidement nous avons déménagé dans une autre chambre et le lendemain nous avions dû changer encore de chambre parce que le matelas était creux au milieu et faisait mal au dos. 3nuits= 3 chambres différentes c'est la totale. Difficile à avaler pour un hôtel qui est propre et bien situé "
