Valmontese is a rustic vacation rental located on an agricultural estate in Greve In Chianti, Italy, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. The property features three apartments within the residence, offering amenities such as a swimming pool, internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan. The estate provides a natural setting with a fenced area of 5,000 square meters, lush plants, and trees.

The property offers a fenced seasonal swimming pool (4 x 8 meters, available from May 1 to October 15) with an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy a patio, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The pool is maintained by the owner or a gardener. The estate boasts a natural setting with plants and trees, providing a peaceful and serene environment.

The property is located 4 kilometers from the center of Greve in Chianti, in a secluded, sunny, and elevated position, approximately 100 kilometers from the sea. It features a 1.5-kilometer long bumpy motor access road to the grounds, and parking is available at the house. Nearby amenities include a shop, grocery store, supermarket, restaurant, bicycle rental, bus stop, and the Firenze railway station 26 kilometers away. Golf (18-hole course) and tennis facilities are within a 12 and 4-kilometer radius, respectively, and walking paths start from the property. WiFi is available in the residence, and the owner lives on the same property with a dog. The property is gated, providing additional security.

You will be staying in an Antico Frantoio, a 3-room apartment spanning 90 square meters on the 1st floor. The spacious and bright living area features practical and rustic furnishings, including a large living/dining room with a dining table and a flat-screen TV.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It has two double bedrooms, one with a shower and WC. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, gas stove, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. There is an additional shower, bidet, and WC. Gas heating is available at an extra cost. The floors are made of natural stone, adding to the rustic charm. Outside, you can enjoy a private patio with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside.
