"Absolutely nothing in the room except towels, washcloths and soap. The entrance is not ADA compliant; had to get ahead of my husband to open the door for him. I chose this hotel because it had good reviews: honestly, I don’t know how! We had to ask for a parking pass that a sign said was required to be in the car. There were some pests, but at that point we were on our last night. The beds were very low and uncomfortable. There were stains on the walls in various areas of the room (from not being cleaned well, not age related). Would not choose to stay again."

"Breakfast and bar were very nice front desk guy, not so nice. Wife had bite from there beds and he threatened to kick us out like it was our fault they have bugs! Then told us we can’t have any visitors that we can sit with our parents in the lobby! Like I’m a little kid. Never have I heard you can’t have guests in a hotel. Furthermore I never had a guest. Very disrespectful. Then I cleaned my room after I got home from work and set the dirty shower towels and 3 little grocery bags with garbage. They had the nerve to call my room wake up my wife to tell her we can’t put garbage outside of our room. Every hotel I’ve ever been to that’s what you do to get you garbage picked up especially when they don’t offer to clean your room you have to ask 24hrs in advance. Absolutely horrible staff, disrespectful, rude, and nosy. The guy follows you around like a little kid to make sure you don’t have a guest. Very weird!"

"Parking was convenient and secure, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We did not use the breakfast service. Danielle, who assisted us during evening check-in, was excellent—professional, welcoming, and very informative, especially as we were in town for a Navy graduation. Unfortunately, the experience declined significantly after that. We were required to check out a day early, and the morning staff was noticeably less helpful and far less professional. When I inquired about a refund for the unused night, I was told it would need to be handled through Expedia. However, after contacting Expedia, I was informed that the property manager, Tammy, had directly declined the refund request—even though we did not stay for that night. This lack of accountability and inconsistency in customer service was extremely disappointing. While the property is conveniently located near the naval base and meets basic expectations for cleanliness, the way this situation was handled reflects poorly on management and significantly impacted our overall experience."
