« A surprisingly excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and everything worked with the exception of the bathroom shower curtain being one inch too short getting water all over the floor. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, the parking was ample and we enjoyed our stay very much. »

« The vinyl couch had some dirt that could have been wiped in between guests. Chair cushion seams coming undone. Bathroom could have been fresher looking and less “used” looking. Ceiling had drop tiles that looked dated and not “fresh”. Heavy caulking with spots in it. Shower curtain had mildew discoloration at the bottom and I’m always a stickler for seeing hairs upon arrival. I can’t be the only one who dislikes loose hairs in a hotel room (or anywhere for that matter). It was not dirty, it just...

« I arrived late and front door was locked. there was nobody in the lobby at all for about 5 to 10 minutes while I waited outside then I had to explain twice that I was there to check in late and that I didn’t already have a key to come in the door. »
