The hotel is very nice and in a quiet area . It is walkable to a few fast food restaurants. The room was very nice, great condition and clean. The lobby and dining area are of a good size and clean. Parking is plentiful. I was very impressed.

Clean and spacious room, clean lobby, clean and orderly breakfast, a clean and orderly operation overall. Also, the exceptional customer service of the staff, especially the general manager. I love watching the general manager at work. She has a hands-on management style. It’s her competence that shows in every aspect of the hotel’s performance!!! I can’t wait to stay there again!!!

Rooms were clean, hotel was clean. Just a few small things would make this hotel really good. The Fitness center needs a few things like exercise mats. And they need to turn down the air fresheners in the hallways and lobby, I would stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites in Greensboro! Our room was spotless, and having a pull-out couch was such a great bonus for extra space. The location felt very safe and convenient, which made our trip even better. A huge shout-out to Mrs. Pam, who went above and beyond to help organize pickup for the toiletries I accidentally left behind — truly exceptional customer service! And the sweet lady serving breakfast deserves all the praise; she was so warm, hardworking, and made our morning start off right. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommend!

Disney concert weekend

We had a great stay. Had lots of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Breakfast was appreciated by the girls. Convenient location for us- 10 or 15 min drive in any direction put us in midst of things without lots of traffic or noise. Staff was friendly. Very comfy beds.

I hate to even post this because I don’t want the prices to skyrocket but this hotel is TERRIFIC!! I’ve stayed in almost every hotel around GSO over the years and for the money…this is THEE best. Not saying it’s the best overall, but for some reason this spot is always way cheaper and it’s CLEAN, Beds are comfy and it’s super spacious. HUGE fan. Great service and really nice people. It’s a great great deal in my opinion
