« Property was better than described. I loved the location, right by the lake in a peaceful area and close enough to Port Clinton, Sandusky, Marblehead and Catawba. We were mostly there for fishing and had a great time with a lot of fish caught. There are a couple wildlife areas we went to: Willow Point was good fishing and we had fun with the kayaks at Resthaven. As we were getting ready to leave my son locked his keys in his car. « Jeff and his wife were great hosts, and always available for any questions we might have. Had so many games around it’s impossible to get bored staying there. Our friends rented out the house connected to the back yard and it was perfect place to share with (friends or family). Loved it!! He even reached out to me when I forgot my camera charger and battery and offered to mail it!! So kind! »

« This was probably my favorite stay in a rental property yet! I’ve been in a bunch this far! It was so comfortable and CLEAN! « There were some hiccups with the cleaning people, which delayed the cottage being cleaned before we arrived. The property owner responded fairly quickly but the property wasn’t ready for us until after 9:00 pm. There were a few maintenance issues (outside window pane broken, bathroom mirror lights inoperable, loose toilet seat, and a nearly full outdoor trash container with the remnants of cleaned fish). But nothing that we couldn’t live with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. »
