« We came into town to participate in a reunion concert at Miami and this was the perfect place! It was far enough away from campus not to hear any partying students, yet close enough to park uptown in 5 minutes. It was exactly as advertised - fully furnished, clean, and even has a hot tub, although we didn't use it. The hosts were available and responsive. No complaints! We will definitely be back for the next time we will be in town. »

« We stayed for 3 nights for a kid tournament. Easy walk to the Convention Center which was a must for us. Treated the kids to Johnsons ice parlor which was great and open late, another plus for the kids. A coffee shop, also down the street, had coffee and great breakfast. « Everything met my expectations. The flat was clean, the location is amazing and the owner was very responsive. My only complaint is that I communicated the urgency of needing an ironing board and they promised to get me one but they never did. Please get an ironing board next time as most of your guests will need one especially if they travel to Cincinnati for work. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again. »

No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous.
