« We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous house on the river. We had chosen it because of the hot tub and beautiful location, but learned that the previous guests had caused some problems with the hot tub and it wouldn't be available during our stay. When we expressed our disappointment to Abby, she showed up immediately fixed the problem, and refilled the hot tub so we could use it.
