"Could not get out of the car the place half deserted the pool was broken and empty there was no one to find to check in
A little kid who maybe lived at the end of the dirt road with tiny strip of beach no where to eat no pool no lounge chairs a disaster ! We canceled thank god chase card services helped us and we had to quickly find a very expensive because last minute place to stay ! Do no go there take off site !"
"The property represents real Jamaica, not the commercialization on Jamaica. Winston and Cassandra were very nice. 2 flaws were that the jacuzzi did not work and neither did the TV the had. But all in all it’s nice!!"

"The property/rooms are surrounded by foliage making you feel that you are camping in a jungle. The room are very spacious and have great air conditioning. they have separate ground floor, little bungalows and first and second-floor buildings that don’t have a building feeling as they are made if wood and fabricated wood. The pools are nice and the property is right on 7 mile beach. "

A verified traveller stayed at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa All Inclusive
"This property was beautiful, and peaceful. I was only able to stay for a few days but I was still able to experience how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. The food was also amazing, one of the best that I experienced at an all inclusive resort. Everything was flavorful, which is exactly how I like it. The resort had amazing bartenders as well. When I come back to Jamaica I promise to stay at this resort again. My friend and I had an amazing time."

"The hotel is very nice. Grounds are well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though you have to cross the street to get to the beach, there’s a crossing guard on duty and once you get to beach is totally worth it. Beautiful clean beach with plenty of palapas. Will recommend and most likely stay at Sunset on the Palms again. "
