« Appartement spacieux et propre. Bien isolé. Personnel accueillant à l'accueil. Ménage fait tous les jours et de manière professionnelle. Petit bémol : les tapis dans l'appartement devraient être shampoingnes. »
« I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff are great and make sure you have the best stay possible. They are very welcoming, smiling, available and patient. I am thinking in particular of Ahmed and Waleed Ahad. The breakfast is also very good, varied with excellent service, I think of Aamir and Phone. Moreover, the hotel is super clean and has a very good cleaning service. »

« Sejour de 3 jours en famille dans ce très bel hôtel s'est très bien déroulé, à 7 minutes en voiture se la mosquée Sultan Qaboos. Personnel très pro, Sauna et Jaccuzzi très propre. Seul bémol, les lits d'appoints pour enfant pas du tout confortable pour des ados.

« The staff will do backbends to help you out. I needed to go to the post (and who does that any more-- ANYWHERE??). The front desk arranged a reasonable round trip price and I was relieved to have that piece of business so easily accomplished.
The gym was spacious and in use. Ditto the pool (which is quite shady until afternoon), probably a big help in the hotter months ahead. »

"Seriously unimpressed by the service. I wouldn’t recommend to get there as a family, as service is sub-par and cleaning is not done properly.
There was a dirty tissue on the balcony as you can see in the picture. The day after the tissue got removed but the balcony was still very dirty. There was also a soap under the bathroom sink which was not ours but didn’t get remove during our whole 4 day stay. Last, our baby had a poo incident on the bed. We tried to clean it but it was obvious. Our bed sheets didn’t get changed. I then asked for it to be changed to realise that once they did it they had just turned around the sheets but left the dirty ones in. We had to ask them again to come to this time change the sheets fully.
We arrived by car and my husband had to unloading the car by him self as nobody was outside to help him out with the bags for a daily of 5. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes so there was really no reason for this.
We ordered a baby cot by email and asked for it again when checking in. We had to ask again 3 times for it to arrive 3 hours later.
We booked the room for 4 people and there was only 1 large towel in the room."
