Inside, you'll find three cozy bedrooms. The first features a comfortable queen bed, while the second and third rooms are equipped with bunk beds—ideal for families or groups. The shared bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a full-sized bath, perfect for unwinding after a fun day of exploring. For your convenience, we provide fresh linen and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and oven, so you can easily prepare your meals. There’s also a BBQ in the outdoor area, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Stay connected with free WiFi, or unwind with your favorite show on the TV. Ducted air conditioning and heating are provided to ensure you stay comfortable year-round, no matter the weather.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
