"The staff did a fantastic job. If you requested something in your room they were there to respond in 2-3 minutes.On arrival you get to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and sit out on one of their many patios overlooking the Gulf of Salerno. The room's were beautiful where a complimentary bottle of champagne await you . Breakfast was amazing-best hotel related breakfast we had ever experienced. Overall we rate this hotel excellent in all qualities!"

"Our stay at Hotel Tramonto d’Oro was truly something special, and it’s hard to put into words how much this place and the people mean to us. From the moment my mom and I arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and love. They didn’t just treat us like guests; they treated us like family. Throughout our entire stay, they took such wonderful care of us and made sure we felt comfortable, welcomed, and at home. It honestly felt like we had known them forever. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what makes it truly unforgettable is the people behind it. Their genuine hospitality, thoughtful gestures, and the love they put into everything made our experience so much more meaningful than just a vacation. We came to Italy for a beautiful trip, but we are leaving with memories and connections that will stay in our hearts forever. Saying goodbye was genuinely bittersweet because it felt like leaving people we had known for years, not simply saying goodbye to hotel staff. It is so rare to find a place where you feel such a genuine connection, and I feel incredibly lucky that my mom and I got to experience that here. Thank you for making us feel so loved and cared for, and for giving us a home away from home in Italy. You have all become so special to us, and we will always remember the way you made us feel.
