"Dated accommodation needs a full upgrade in facilities. Location is wonderful, aircon was basically a piece of junk that did nothing other than a fan. Area around the microwave was poor for any kind of food prep, ideally needed kitchen sink and area for laundry. Staff were very good."
"Stayed for 5 nights in a Glen Eagle room. Quiet, older cottage style room. Outside needs some TLC. They had just started to get ready for the summer season. Had to ask for clean towels after a couple of days, rooms were not cleaned daily. Pool/spa was lovely. Food was good. I only ate in the dining room a couple of times. A nice relaxing stay."
"We stayed at the dome. It was amazing. The setting was perfect, amenities were great. Staff was fabulous. I would recommend the dome and I would definitely go again. So lovely with the wildlife all around too."
"This was our first experience renting a cottage and it could not have been better. We travelled with our two adult children and two dogs and there was plenty of space for all of us. The property is beautiful and well maintained every detail was thought of from the fully equipped kitchen to the well stocked bathrooms. The host has bug spray and mosquito coils available for use as well. There is toys, games, books and a sandbox built if you have young children and there was also dog balls and a dog bed. This attention to detail is outstanding. The beds were comfortable and clean, there were extra blankets and pillows as well as cozy robes. The internet was very good and a nice TV with plenty of channels to watch. The property is quiet and private with lots of opportunity to soak up the sun lounge on the large deck or spend time in the hot tub. We had an amazing time and would definitely return again!"
"We had an amazing stay at Marcie’s cottage! The property is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place to relax and unwind.Waking up to the trees and listening to the rain in the woods was incredibly peaceful. Our favourite moments were spending time with family around the outdoor BBQ and bonfire, and seeing the deer and fox that would come right up in front of the cottage. Feeding them was such a unique experience and made the trip even more memorable.Marcie provided very clear and detailed instructions, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature!"
