"The first time we stayed at the GT, we opened the door for the first time and my wife said "Oooh, it smells so clean." Clean, inexpensive, and very convenient to the 1-40. Not much of a neighborhood, but the restaurant next door is great."

"Don’t let your first impression skew the review! This is a cute older hotel with rooms that have been updated with different themes. It was clean and comfortable, and for the price a good safe place to lay your head for the night. Yes, the parking lot is a bit beat up, yes there is a train track 100 yards away that runs throughout the night, but welcome to Holbrook. This is a no frills place, you get what you pay for. I would stay here again if I was passing through for the night."

"Everything was clean and newly renovated. The hot tub was out of order and the breakfast was limited to cold cereal, toast, juice and waffles. The staff was helpful. Overall we were very pleased with our stay."
