"The way to the hotel is very hard to find. My UBER had to drive 3x around and around for 3x15min and finally drove against the wrong way to the hotel, just to be able to drop me off. At the entrance there is no lobby, just a simple table, no computer, no phones, just a guy sitting there with a big book where he writes down the name of the guests. His English was terrible. "This was my third stay at Amwaj Rotana, and it was the most special one yet as we celebrated my mom’s 81st birthday. She absolutely loves Dubai, and especially Amwaj Rotana. The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located, easy for her to navigate, and she always feels safe and comfortable here. The stunning views from the rooms make every stay even more memorable. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our visit so wonderful. Every staff member goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience, and it truly feels like coming home each time we visit. I can’t wait to return with my family again soon. A special thank you to Aco, Budikah, Karim, and Irshad for the seamless check-in process, their kindness, and for always being available to answer my questions and make everything effortless. Jude and Amir at the front entrance were exceptional. They always welcomed us warmly, arranged taxis promptly, helped with our luggage, and paid attention to every little detail that made us feel genuinely cared for. At the coffee shop, Purity and Wendy were simply wonderful. They served delicious fresh coffee and amazing cakes, always with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.
