Parking is limited to two vehicles in parking lot; one space per vehicle. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. \_\_\_\_\_\_14\. The grills, beach chairs, patio chairs/table and fire pits are provided for your use. (Firewood can be purchased across the street). Return property to its place in good repair and clean up area you used. \_\_\_\_\_\_15\. The balcony rails must be kept clear of people and items. Do not sit/straddle the rail. We have children with food allergies, so we do a lot of cooking instead of eating out and there wasn’t any large pots & pans, but everything else was there. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and the most well-stocked unit we’ve experienced from kitchen essentials to extra bedding. Not a single detail was missed!The views were stunning, the beds were comfortable, and the beach access and pool were such wonderful additions.Communication with the host was prompt and professional and check in was quick and simple.Lastly, the location is ideal for guests of all varieties! Mini-golf and ice cream right across the street and only minutes from the strip. We have stayed in multiple units in the building over the years and this one is the best! Amazing view, master bedroom and master bath are wonderful. Smart tvs were a big plus for us. This unit does not skimp on nice toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of trash bags, Clorox wipes, soap, etc. like some other units! Constructive criticism would be the appliances could use some work and/or updating, and the master closet was unusable as it had extra beds stored inside it. It is just east of public beaches and Geneva on the lake. It was easy to enter and the condo, was clean and well equipped. Great location for our coaching staff at a Spire swim meet. This condo is exactly what we were looking for! The owner is fantastic, and always there to answer questions. The condo itself is absolutely breathtaking! These condos are large, very clean and have everything one would need to relax, cook and do laundry. The building is safe, with lots of parking, a great indoor pool, a very large patio where one can eat and watch stunning sunsets, and 2 BBQs for common use. The beach is small but cute and definitely enough for small kids to play at. Bring water shoes as there are some rocks, shells and sticks around on the beach and in the water. There is a gorgeous Beach only minutes away by car in the State Park. The owner is absolutely awesome and very responsive and accommodating. He runs a tight operation and is very well organized. The town of Geneva on the Lake is VERY small but super cute and full of "old fashioned fun" with arcades, a family fun park, ice cream parlours and diners. The Zeppe pizza place that has an East and West location only about a km apart was delicious! The state park nearby is gorgeous. We rented bikes at the Lodge and had a blast riding around.
