« Property is a nightmare. Plumbing is a know issue throughout the house. Jugs of drinking water are provided. It has too much furniture to move around. Closets and drawers are so full there is nowhere to put your stuff. It sits 30 feet off the main highway and that is not clear in the pictures. Plumbing was so bad, management had to move us after the first night off the mountain, 20 minutes into Salida. Management did work hard to make it right, but the property is not recommended. »

« My teenage son and I loved the condo - perfect for just the two of us. Amazing location - gorgeous park right across the street, delicious ice cream a few doors down and steps away from so many restaurants and galleries. Finding parking right outside the entrance was never an issue. Would highly recommend. »

« Home was clean, views are beautiful and a relatively quiet neighborhood. I would say the photos make it look as if it is on a very private piece of land, however homes all around and busy road next to it (during hunting season). Easy access to Salida and restaurants and activities. We did have a challenge getting the home warm enough in early November, and would suggest a new mattress in the master as we had to use another room as it was not comfortable. « After staying next door in apt 201 on a previous trip, apt 202 provided a larger and more comfortable setting. Great location for the small town Salida vibe. Convenient options for walking to food and with our dogs. The room had everything we needed, we lived the 1920s/feather motif.
