You found your vacation spot! Flip Flops welcomes up to 8 guests - is TRULY gulf front, 2 private bedrooms (queen bed in each) and a bunk room, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Sleek yet coastal decor - the kitchen has EVERYTHING you'll need whether your a foodie trying out all of Galveston's great eateries and bringing leftovers home for a late night snack or you plan to prepare meals while you are here - there's a 2 burner cooktop, a countertop oven, microwave, large refrigerator, plenty of prep space on the large peninsula, and all the appropriate cookware, dinnerware, glassware. Or grab a cup of coffee - step out on the balcony and watch the waves and the people.

Close to what you need - shopping (literally next door to the big box W store where you'll find everything from groceries to swimwear and beach towels) some quick bite places and of course the beach. Centrally located to the Galveston streets that will take you anywhere you want to go - from entertainment (movie theater less about 2 miles away, miniature golf, go-karts, ax throwing) or the major attractions like Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, the strand and literally across Seawall boulevard from Babe's Beach - with controlled crossing at the corner. If your plans include seeing Galveston - you won't find a better spot.

We are pleased to manage this property on behalf of its owners - as each condo is privately owned at this complex. We manage several - so if you have a larger group - family reunion, dance, cheer or sports team - and need places for the entire group - we're your one stop shop to find everyone a great place at the same complex so you can have "together" time but still have your own privacy as well.

Visiting Galveston for one of the many competitive events hosted here? Cheer, dance, sports tournaments or conferences? Weddings, family reunions, class reunions, festivals, homes tours, or any other groups? Why squeeze into a tiny hotel room when your entire group could stay in their own condos and enjoy "together time" at the pools, hot tubs, etc. instead!

Being in walking distance to a big box store makes shopping a breeze whether for food and beverage selections, beach necessities you may have forgotten, or souvenirs to remind you of your trip to the Texas gulf coast.

The Victorian complex is located across from Babe’s Beach on Galveston’s Seawall – protected by traffic signals at both corners so you can safely walk across to the beach. There’s a huge big box store that starts with a W next door for all your shopping needs, and eateries in walking distance for sandwiches and BBQ.

You will have exclusive use of the entire condo - and share the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, tennis court and grounds including BBQ pergolas, fish cleaning station and a multitude of outdoor spaces with other guests and residents of the Victorian condominium complex.
The complex has 2 pools – at least one of which is heated in the seasons when God does not do this for us. There are two hot tubs, a fitness center and picnic/BBQ areas. There are also 2 hot tubs, a tennis court, and BBQ grills and picnic areas sprinkled around the complex.

What's included: While we provide our guests with self check-in information and instructions, you can call us with any questions you may have at any time.

You will have exclusive use of the entire condo - and share the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, tennis court and grounds including BBQ pergolas, fish cleaning station and a multitude of outdoor spaces with other guests and residents of the Victorian condominium complex.

You certainly COULD stay here without a car - you can walk to shopping, eateries and the beach, there is public transportation nearby, and there are several local and nationally "branded" taxi services as well as ride share (Uber, Lyft) programs in place as well as meal deliveries (UberEats, ASAP (formerly WAITR) and DoorDash available as well. We provide self check in instructions 24-72 hours prior to arrival - and when you are on vacation - YOU ARE ON VACATION. Should you need to reach us, however, we are but a phone call or email away and ready to assist you. We are happy to answer any questions at any time, but to ensure we give you the correct code we cannot provide access instructions earlier than this.

Bed linens for all beds, one bath, hand and wash cloth for each guest that the unit welcomes. We do not provide beach/pool towels as when we did – they continuously went home with our guests. If you wish to “rent” beach towels from us – it is $25 for condos that accommodate up to 6 guests and $35 for condos that accommodate up to 8 guests. Which is only the additional cost of the laundering of them – labor time, laundry products, etc. We will need to have a credit card on file for this as if there are beach towels missing upon your departure, the charge is $25 per towel. We ask that our bath towels not be removed from the condo and taken to the beach or pool. They can get damaged or lost.

Starter supplies: 2 rolls of 2-ply, quilted toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a dishwasher tablet, small dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 small soaps, 2 small shampoos, trash bag, and coffee including sweeteners, stir sticks, powdered creamer to make that first pot. These are intended to get you started while you make your list and decide where to shop (there is a WalMart, Kroger, Randall's, Arlan's and Target on the island, as well as many mom & pop grocery stores.

The Victorian condominium complex is located on Seawall Boulevard with protected (traffic signal) crossing at the corner for ease of getting to the beach. You will be close to shopping and eateries - so whether you plan to experience Galveston's culinary adventures or save money by cooking in (some or all of your meals) it's convenient from this central Seawall Boulevard Location.

The Victorian condominium complex – like almost every condominium complex and hotel in Galveston, charges a parking/resort/amenity fees. This is not a charge from My Galveston Getaway and is paid directly to the complex upon your arrival. They will issue a parking permit and may issue wristbands that identify guests who are authorized at the complex. They will also provide guests with the codes for the gates to enter the property - both drive-through and walk through, pools, hot tubs, fitness center and the WiFi code which is changed monthly. It is a complex-wide WiFi system. The charge is $35 + tax and includes up to 2 parking permits. This is for stays that are up to 7 consecutive nights in duration. For stays of 8-31 days it is $70 + tax, and for extended stays it is $70 + tax per month. We are unable to collect this in advance and pay it to the Victorian on your behalf. We don’t get to make the rules, we just play by them!

There are several pay-per-use laundry facilities at the Victorian, these accept credit and debit cards as methods of payment.

Many of our owners have switched out to “Smart” TV’s – so bring your login information with you to sign in to your own subscription services, and don’t forget to log-out before leaving.

The Victorian complex does not allow renters to have a pet – so if you travel with Fido or Fifi – please check out the other My Galveston Getaway managed properties that ARE dog friendly. While true service animals are an exception – you very well may be asked by the complex to provide the verification. For short term rental/vacation purposes – emotional support animals are not considered true support animals and we are unable to make exceptions to a rule that is in place and enforced by a complex in which we manage condos. Kindly be respectful.

We strive for 5 star reviews at all times - and the first part of that is notifying everyone of every cost they may incur so that there are no surprises. If during your stay with us you find any reason that you are not able to rate our service and the property a 5 star review based upon the description of the property, that the pictures accurately depict the property, or our courteous service - please let us know and give us the opportunity to turn that frown upside down and EARN your 5 star review.


All properties managed by My Galveston Getaway are 100% non-smoking/non-vaping properties.

After making your reservation you will receive a link to complete our renters agreement. The only information we request differently than the booking platforms (VRBO/AirBnB) is your personal email address, the names and ages of each person who will be in the property during your stay, and your driver’s license information as well as an emergency contact should we need to reach someone on your behalf. Thank you for completing this in a timely manner so that we may send you the check-in instructions for the property you have reserved.

Galveston is a barrier island located in the Gulf of Mexico. The island is susceptible to rainstorms, thunderstorms and even a hurricane now and then. Sometimes these result in temporary power and WiFi outages. We strongly encourage our renters to consider purchasing trip interruption/cancellation protection either through the platform that you book through or some other source. My Galveston Getaway issues refunds if a governmental official issues a mandatory evacuation of the island. Unfortunately we are unable to control sunshine, temperatures and mosquitos and do not refund other than pursuant to our policy based on evacuation orders. Thank you for understanding.

Again – the parking/resort/amenities/facilities fee is one charged by the condominium complex, not by the owner of the condo or My Galveston Getaway and we appreciate your understanding.

Condo was really nice and clean. Two elevators were out of order while we were there. The only issue with the condo was with the fold out bed with the couch. The mattress was extremely thin, and you could feel all the metal and springs in the mattress. The mattress on the couch was terrible. The beds in the bedrooms were great though.

Awesome Condo!

This condo is located at the front of the complex, with a direct view of the ocean, which is just across the street on Seawall Blvd. The unit is clean and beachy. My grand daughter really appreciated the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, which is really just a big open space near the front door, located in a recess. Really cool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms (1 full bath and one half bath) were conveniently connected, with multiple doors for privacy options between the bathroom components. And the mattresses were super comfortable, maybe even more comfortable than my home mattresses, which were not cheap.

Nice Galveston Condo

This condo in Galveston is a great place to stay!! It’s right across the street from the beach and has two nice pools you can swim in. We were there with two other couples and the condo had plenty of room for all of us! Decorated in beach decor, so you definitely feel the beachy vibe when staying here!!!

Great location!

My only complaint is the walk across to the beach makes me anxious! However that is Galveston’s problem. The walk signal doesn’t stay on long enough for some slow walkers!! The location was a perfect spot to get to everything I was trying to do. It worked out really well we went with my MIL and SIL and my mom. This would be a great spot for family with kids easily!
