"Receptionist didn’t greet or educate us on the location of our room. Didn’t give a run down of amenities, nothing. The only words said were “ID”"

"We did not stay - the elevator was not working & due to health restrictions, my husband cannot walk up/down stairs. Front desk person said they had no rooms on first floor - she was absolutely NOT helpful & constantly contradicted herself. They have not refunded us in full (I paid for 3 nights), but I will continue to obtain a full refund."

"Bed was comfortable, however the pool was cold and I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub on the premises. Room was great, but when I used the Bonvoy Marriott app to request more towels and linens, there wasn’t a response. Overall, a comfortable stay!"

"Room old and stuffy .. the people there I suppose were extended stay. Like some kind of half way house. .stairway had garage. My room everything was unplugged couldn’t figure out how to work the tv. Phone was even unplugged. We had 2 people 2 nights only 1 bar and 1 shampoo. We had no cups in our room. This is the witst place I ever stayed. Never again "
