Ryokans à Frisco

« The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better. »

« The property was so relaxing with the lobby being filled with fireplaces, lots of conversation seating and tables. The staff was so kind and pleasant. Everything was great!! »

« Our stay was very comfortable. Ample hotel parking; there were a few parking spots on the other side of the building. The hot breakfast arrangement every morning had a few choices. The hotel staff was very cooperative and attentive. Cleanliness of the overall property was well-mantained but the housekeeping lacked only one day when making up the bed was undone, wet towel on the bed was not picked up.
