"Great location and friendly staff"

"Al momento que yo hice la reservación, decía que era una suite Studio de una cama, King size y un sofá cama, pero cuando fui a hacer el checking y ingresé al cuarto, sólo estaba la cama aquí y el sofá-cama nos encontraba entonces fui a Front Desk hacer la pregunta que por qué la habitación no era la que yo había reservado, la respuesta de la persona de que está en Front desk qué me podía cambiar de habitación para una de dos camas, pero que ya no iba a tener acceso a lo que es el refrigerador microondas. Entonces a mi compañero le tocó dormir en el suelo, ya que el sofá cama no existía en la reservación que yo hice también cuando quise planchar mi uniforme la tabla de planchar se encontraba sucia y manchada. Cuando quise calentar mi comida también el microondas tiraban mal olor. Cuando también hice el checking nunca me preguntaron si venía en carro o si tendría que pagar por el parqueo a lo que yo tenía entendido que no se pagaba cuando me levanté en la mañana me le habían puesto un rótulo a mi carro de qué si no lo moví antes de las nueve de la mañana, me echaría la grúa más cuando yo ingresé al hotel en ningún momento me notificaron de qué tenía que hacer un pago por mi parqueo más, sin embargo, ni me preguntó si yo traía carro, entonces para mí es una mala experiencia en esta reservación que es realicé"

"Check in was easy. Room was comfortable and clean. Disliked that the pool was directly outside our window on the 6th floor. Thankfully the time of year we visited there were limited pool visitors, but we weren’t comfortable leaving our curtains open while people were at the pool. Location was about 15-20 mins, by uber, to piers and other tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again for the price and location."

"Yes but it would be nice to have some bacon or breakfast meat besides eggs what they have is a continental breakfast not breakfast. Room noisy area above me someone stomping & running hard, with rip in carpet, my other stay there two other times was very nice"

"Excellent experience all around. Particularly with a staff member (Charles at front desk) who really did make our visit so much better. His recommendations were all excellent. Hotel is gorgeous and all the sitting areas are peaceful and elegant. "

"Close proximity to airport with complimentary shuttle. Great bed and pillows. Freeway noise could be heard in room as a/c were individual per room and sound travelled thru ac. Elevator ls were cranky and noisy."
