« This property was just what we were looking for. A short drive to Zion, but far enough away to not feel like we were spending the night in a tourist trap. The house provided plenty of amenities and room for my teens to have their own space, yet come together over some great ping pong tournaments. »

« Location is so great, walking distance (1 mile) to even the main Zion gate, nice grocery store across the street, lots of good restaurants but our favorite is Mimi's next door! Views are unbelievable and loved the master room deck for morning coffee and evening happy hour. We hiked each day and ate out for dinner but the kitchen is great and has all we could have needed. « We enjoyed the location of the property to downtown. It was wonderful having the pool outside the back door. I’m not sure if I misunderstood the listing but I was surprised that there was only one full bath upstairs with the three bedrooms. Also a bench would have been nice inside the front door for us to take off our shoes. It was a little crazy having 5 of us come in the door and needing to take off hiking boots. « Fabulous property , spacious, modern, clean, very well equipped. Though a distance from Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks, it was a great place for our family to reunite and spend a relaxing vacation time together. »

« We stayed at “Bright Modern Abode” in Kanab for 5 nights at end of May. The house was so clean and comfortable with gorgeous views from the master bedroom. Kanab was a great base for our visits to Zion, Bryce, and the North rim of the Grand Canyon. We really loved sitting outside at the back table. Highly recommend this house and wish I could have stayed longer! »

« Extremely clean, comfortable beds and the host was kind enough to leave some coffee and laundry soap which was greatly appreciated during our stay. The host was extremely kind and super quick to answer questions when we were getting there our first night as far as door code and stuff. The pool was perfect for our 9 year old grandson and the on site gym is really a nice setup to give most people a great workout (never seen a smith machine like the one they've got but it worked great). « The property is in a great spot to get to wherever you want to go. There is a bar that serves food right across street and anything else you might need is within 7minutes. The inside was very nice and kitchen fully stocked. Property manager was very attentive and helped with anything we needed. The beds have quality sheets and very comfortable. We have family that live in area so this will definitely be where we stay if available whenever we come! Highly recommend for anyone! »
