"This was exactly as pictured. Relatively spacious, comfortable and cozy apartment. Top floor allowed for lots of natural light. Neighborhood seems perfectly safe - there's an elementary school across the street where I took a morning walk and felt safe as a middle aged woman walking alone. "The neighborhood is not great, but this place has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for half the price of most places. It could definitely use more seating in the living room and a kitchen table or counter top for eating, but the beds were comfortable and it was very clean."

"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Very clean & convenient. We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. "

"We had a wedding in Devon with my husbands huge family. It was great to have the vrbo home to hang out in and enjoy visiting. The location is great for walking to restaurants and stores. It is right on the road, so I would beware of traveling with young children!"
