The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. "Stayed here for a conference at Fiserv Forum. The location was absolutely perfect. The check in process was easy. The communication was great and the unit itself was exactly what I needed. It was spacious, updated, clean and convenient. The building is very nice, secure and updated. Highly suggest and will be staying here again for my next conference in downtown Milwaukee. "
