The living room sofa may serve as a sleeping area, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: 24-hour fitness center, community kitchen and lounge, community outdoor deck with grills, smart TV, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace/dining table (when Murphy bed is not in use), additional desk nook next to Murphy bed, private balcony, and in-unit laundry Location: \- 2 blocks to Brady St \- 5 minute drive to McKinley beach, Downtown Milwaukee, and St. Mary\`s hospital \- Walkable to grocery stores, convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants Parking: \- Reserved parking is not included in this listing \- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood \- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights including Saturday which isn\`t enforced). Just call the city on the day you\`d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit.
