They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. The lounge chairs on the beach and the beach bar are not all-inclusive, so keep that in mind. Also, the towels they provide are very outdated and smell after use, so you'll need to bring or buy your own beach towel."
