We had a great time at this property. This home had absolutely everything we needed. The pool and spa were great. The house was very comfortable and close to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. The electric bikes were a bonus and so much fun. We would definitely return.

A great stay!

Our family, including kids 5 & 8, had an awesome week at this house! The location on the canals was great. The kids lived in the pool, and we started and ended every day in the hot tub. Jan was very responsive to our questions, and provided a great list of ideas for things to do. The house has a well-stocked kitchen, and tons of amenities. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the canal (lifevests provided for adults and kids), fishing from the dock, and riding the electric bikes. There were toys for the beach, pool toys, games, etc. Fellowship park has a great shaded playground and splash pad. The Cape Coral beach was nice, and the Sanibel beach was great for finding shells. We highly recommend Lobster Lady and Merrick for seafood. Awesome ice cream at Cape Creamery, just across the street from Publix — only about 5 minutes drive from the house. We hope to return again soon!

Great Location

Our family stayed here in early January. It was so quiet and calm and relaxing. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaks, bikes and numerous relaxing lounging spots each day.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Very clean and inviting. Lots to do: swimming, fishing, kayaking, bikes, relaxing views, etc. Equipped with everything you would need for a fun, relaxing time. Beach gear, pool toys, board games, fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances. Very comfortable stay for our family. We loved the Cape Coral/Ft Myers area!

Anniversary vacation

Had an incredible overall experience. House was located within 30 minutes of two of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.... Fort Myers Beach and Lovers Key beach. We caught several fishing the canal. The house was already stocked with various pantry items and had plenty of fishing gear. The pool and hot tub we're a great way to relax after a day on the beach or fishing. The electric bikes were easy to use and fun to ride and there were plenty of kyaks to explore the canals with. Being so close to Fort Myers there was plenty of great places to go eat dinner with the family. We also made breakfast everyday at the house and grilled out a couple of days. Our entire family loved staying here for vacation.

The place was wonderful. The house has everything you need. The children loved playing the board games at night. We loved the landscape. The back yard was amazon, loved the pool. It was a relaxing vacation that was much needed.

My family and I had an awesome time. We honestly didn’t see a reason to leave. My two yr old loved waking up to a pool and my 12 yr old loved the electric bikes. My husband loved fishing whenever he could and I just loved that the house was very well equipped. The only thing missing was a toaster but everything else was provided. All you need to bring is your belongings and perishables. Fishing poles, floaties, life vests, spices, kitchen appliances, plates, house hold items, etc were all provided. There was even a little Jeep for my son to ride on or if we wanted to a bike trailer for him. There are also kayaks both tandem and solo! Honestly it was great! We ate by the pool everyday bc there was a table outside. Just be aware there’s no kid gate surrounding the pool. Owners responded immediately and were very polite. Grateful Jan didn’t get annoyed with me. We definitely would stay again!

This rental far exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more. Access to the canal with the kayaks was perfect ! We enjoyed fishing kayaking biking the swimming pool and a hot tub or perfect as was the couch and the table on the lanai. We only had one rainy night but it was nice to still be able to be outside even though it was raining because you were under the covering of the lanai. The lounge chairs to lay out on were super comfortable they have Floaties and wraps and fishing tackle and fishing poles as well as bikes to utilize. It’s like a home away from home they really have thought of everything. The location was great if you wanted to take a day trip pine island or Sanibel or Fort Myers are close by. There are nearby restaurants grocery stores coffee shops and ice cream places yet you’re in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe walking and biking in. Capeharbor is an adorable little place 5 mile bike ride for coffee in the morning was just perfect. The communication before getting there with all the information that we would need what is impeccable as was the cleanliness and the provision of towels extra pillows and anything you would need within the house as well. Would highly recommend it we have already booked for next year! ☀️😊🏝

Cape Coral Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property that we rented. The pool was great and kids were in it every day. They had everything you could think of such as bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, games, movies. All we needed to bring was our suitcases. The place was beautiful, nicely decorated and very homey. Our grandkids liked the bunk beds and all the things there to do. We would definitely rent the place again.
