Wonderful, clean place with a great owner/manager

My son and I stayed here for a boys weekend while catching a couple of spring training games. The owner met us shortly after check in, gave us an overview of the property, and provided some very helpful information about the area. The property itself was magnificent. It was clean, comfortable, and provided us with literally everything we needed (other than food obviously) to cook, serve meals, and anything else we could think of. The area was also quiet and peaceful, with many local folks out for walks from time to time. If we come back to this area, we definitely will look this place up again. Thank you!

Very nice home.

The home was very nice, clean and well stocked with amenities. Jan was there to meet us when we arrived to make sure everything was good and make sure we were comfortable with how to access the TV. She checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Cape Coral.

Place was perfectly suited for our needs. Beach and pool all accessible and walkable if you like walking. Quick jaunt to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Home was excellent and well furnished. Property management was outstanding.

Nice clean place to stay

My husband and I had a very good experience staying at this property. We had travel issues due to a huge snowstorm at home, and Jan was exceptionally accommodating and helpful! She even helped us extend our stay on the other end to make up for lost time! I highly recommend this property. Only downside was that it's located on a busy street.

Wonderful Florida vacation

Perfect place for two couples. Two full bathrooms. Everything available for beach trips including chairs and umbrella. This location is perfect for Fort Myers or any beach close but not overly crowded. Great location to walk to the water if you want to walk. We loved our stay and will be back again. Perfect trip and stay.

Clean, comfortable, convenient condo

This condo was very clean, well equipped, convenient, yet away from the crazy traffic in the Ft. Myers area. Jan was great, and the rental process was very smooth. The condo is nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable, showers were great. Would definitely stay again if returning to this area.

Stay at your own risk

My review is mixed. I will say the nice things first. The interior of this unit is very nice. It has all the advertised amenities. The exterior less so. This unit is located on a busy road and it is about a mile from water access. The community pool was closed during our spring break stay. I had some difficulty with the owner. This requires some explanation. The unit is a duplex. The neighbors in the adjoining duplex ( owned and managed by the same owner) had a serious fight while we were there. I had to call the police because I thought the woman was being injured. The police came out and investigated the incident. I requested to remain anonymous and the police complied. The owners property manager (Ron) however did not. He told the neighbors we called the police and that they were disturbing us. This made me very uncomfortable. I was vacationing with my wife and three boys and now I had to worry about a potentially crazy neighbor accosting me or my family. I discussed this with the owner. They tried to reassure me that we were in no danger. I have had significant professional experience with domestic violence and I know that is not the case. Domestic violence is a repetitive problem. The owner Jan and her representative Ron never gave any validation to my concerns. Ron said the female neighbor was "embarrassed" and would not be a problem any more. He also stated "there were no knives or hatchets in the walls so everything is ok." My family and I left after 3 days because we were uncomfortable with the situation. NO REFUND. NO consideration for our trouble. I asked the owner if she would consider a partial refund. She said no in a very legal sounding email. She then implied we were not best tenants ourselves. If you are ok with the possibility of domestic violence and an owner that is unconcerned about your worries then this is the place for you. Good luck!

Clean, neat and close to restaurants and commercial activities

Neat, clean and well maintained. The living areas were bright and airy. The porch (lanai) was a good place to rest, relax and read during the day. Most of our time indoors was spent in the family room.
