    This is a ground level unit in a four-unit building. Pool is heated to 83 degrees. Florida is a tropical environment, and occasional insects or bugs may be present despite regular pest control. The pool is shared with other guests and is not private. Quiet hours apply in the evenings out of respect for neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.

Very nice clean unit. Super quiet area. Pool was nice. AC worked well. I would rent this place again.

Super nice pool, clean and comfortable. The condo was immaculate, tidy and simply decorated. Can not say enough about this place, we saw one of the owners around the premises and he was checking on things and was very clean cut and polite. Will definitely stay here again. Walking distance to Walgreens and a few places to eat.

March 2026 - Great VRBO! The location was excellent with easy access to Fort Lauderdale beach! Highly recommend parking at the Hugh Taylor Birch Start Park to enjoy your beach day, low cost and easy access. The beach chairs and towels provided were a GREAT bonus, thanks Derek!! Derek was very responsive and great to work with! The place was cute, clean, quiet, and the pool looked very inviting. There is a grocery store, Target, and restaurants all within walking distance. We will most definitely stay here again on our return trip next year!

The host was very attentive. My daughter and I stayed at Coral Ridge for a week long mother/ daughter getaway . We couldn’t have picked a better place! Easily 10/10 So close to everything, we easily walked to Trader Joes, Walgreens and to Shooters on the Water for dinner. The room was very well appointed. Had everything we could need, and more. My absolute favourite part was the new pool!Truly a private tropical oasis 5 feet from your door. We spent hours soaking up the sun.We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us. Alison and Lola
