Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. The pool heater is on a timer and the heater runs 8:00am to 8:00pm. Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. Visiting guests are asked to leave by 9pm to not be considered an overnight guest. We paid extra to have the pool heated and the heater did not work, fortunately we were refunded. The pool had several leaves in it and the pool skimmer was full. The pool started to get cloudy after a couple days. Most of the umbrellas around the pool were damaged. The putting green was also covered in leaves and debris. The side yard around the fire pit was as full of leaves. The grass had not been mowed. Curtain rod was all rusty which leaked down the shower curtain. Dishwasher was falling out of when the door was opened. Not the best looking neighborhood but a short drive to the beach which was very nice. Nothing like waking up, and walking outside to have some fun. We didn’t ask to have the pool heated, but we’re from Michigan and let me tell ya, it was like bath water without the heater (good Thing). Beds were comfy and lots of areas to lounge around. Florida was hot for us so the air was on and it worked great. Kitchen is a wee small but the rest of the house makes up for it. I’d say sacrificing the kitchen was a great idea. Only thing I’d like to see is a few more accessories in the kitchen. Washer and dryer worked great. Nice to have so we could pack light. More than enough towels provided. Some toiletries. Definitely nicer than a hotel. Area felt safe. It truly is 9 minutes from the beach. Keep in mind it’s 9 minutes by car though. This is not a “walkable” area. Which was more than fine for us. It’s actually a great area. Quiet, and lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a 10 minute drive. I was even able to get my groceries delivered.
