  • Appartement entièrement rénové de 100 m² (1er étage / 2e étage aux États-Unis, 20 marches) pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 8 personnes, comprenant 3 chambres doubles, un salon avec canapé-lit double, une grande cuisine équipée d’un lave-vaisselle, 2 salles de bain avec douche (dont une avec hydromassage), une terrasse et un balcon. Wi-Fi « Ultrafibra » gratuit, chauffage indépendant, climatisation et télévision dans toutes les pièces. Lit bébé et chaise haute sur demande. Chambres dotées de leurs propres clés pour plus d’intimité et de sécurité. Linge de bain et de lit fourni, ainsi que du shampoing et du papier toilette. Parking payant sur demande pour la première voiture; 10 euros par jour pour la deuxième voiture. Nous n’accueillons pas de mineurs sans leurs parents ou proches. Lors de l’enregistrement, les pièces d’identité de tous les hôtes seront demandées (conformément à la loi), ainsi que la taxe de séjour et l’adresse de facturation.

Beautiful and cozy Apartment, perfect for families and easy to move around. Surrounded by coffee shop, pizza, pharmacy the host Antonella is such a nice lady.

Antonella was a terrific host, meeting us on arrival, giving us the particulars of the apartment, places to visit, and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean, included air-conditioning throughout, and a comfortable sitting area for all of us. There are laundry facilities as well. The area is quite nice and close to transit. I chipped a molar the day before we arrived; Anton¹ella referred me to her dentist who was able to get me in the day after I arrived...so amazing.

We had a wonderful stay and Antonella was an amazing and accommodating host. Property was clean and exactly what we were looking for for our party of 7. We loved the location! Near everything we needed quickly (small markets, a cafe, gelato, and restaurants) and just a quick walk to 2 tram stations although it was close enough that we usually skipped them and walked to city central during the day.

The property needs some updating. It needs a good paint job. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, the apartment needs windows instead of shutters because it is very noisy at night and makes it difficult to sleep. The twin beds are uncomfortable, saggy and old. The apartment smells moldy and damp. It needs a decent coffee maker like a Nesspresso or similar machine. The host only gave us one kitchen towel which was not enough for a 5 day stay. The mini splits in each room is great. Everyone can independently control their own temperature in there room. It was great to have a parking spot so if you rent a car this is a good option. The host was very helpfulful and pleasant to deal with. For the price, I would stay somewhere closer to the center of town if you don't rent a car or stay out futher from the center of town if you have a car

Convenient location, responsive host

Nice apartment with a balcony and a convenient kitchen. The host was helpful and responsive. The description of the apartment is accurate, please just remember that the tourist tax is not included in the listing price and you’ll be required to pay it in cash upon arrival.

Bel appartement Florentin

L'appartement correspond très bien à la description de l'annonce. Très bon confort, climatisation très appréciée après les visites de la ville en ces journées de forte chaleur! Le centre ville, la gare, les commerces et les transports urbains sont à proximité. Tout peut se faire aussi à pied! Très bon accueil d'Antonella! Merci pour vos conseils et vos réponses à nos demandes. Nous avons été très satisfaits de séjourner dans votre appartement.

Great Florence Apartment

The apartment was a great place to stay and explore Florence!! The property was very clean and Antonella was great!!! She gave us wonderful suggestions on places to eat and explore in Florence. We were there during a heat wave for Florence and the air conditioning worked GREAT throughout the apartment!! I definitely recommend this property. I know we will look Antonella’s property up again when we visit.

Tutto perfetto

Ho soggiornato questo fine settimana con la famiglia e ho trovato un ambiente confortevole, spazioso e pulito. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili e preparati sia su Firenze che sui luoghi d'interesse. Da riprovare sicuramente.
