Modern Amenities: Enjoy modern comforts including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a sleek bathroom with all the necessary fixtures to refresh and recharge.  
  
Authentic Charm: With its exposed wooden beams and tasteful decor, the apartment combines classic Italian architecture with modern touches.  
  
N.B. there is no elevator.  
The elevator is for the private use only of one tenant. So there is NO elevator for this apartment.  
  
Access  
The apartment is at your complete and private disposal.   
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM  
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.  
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.  
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:  
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
