OVERVIEW The apartment is situated in an elegant building on a charming street (filled with restaurants, supermarket, parking and more) just a few steps away from the Ponte Vecchio with once in a lifetime-views over Florence skyline The whole place exudes elegance and good taste, thanks to the recent and refined renovation which combined comfort, contemporary style, and modern luxury. Natural light floods the spacious living area thanks to the high ceilings and many large windows, while the wonderful parquet wood floors create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in every room. INTERIOR The living and dining area is spacious, with plenty of seating, a flat-screen tv and a modern, tasteful feel. You are guaranteed to find solace and relax after a tough day exploring our beautiful city. The kitchen is fully furnished and perfect for cooking a homemade meal on nights when you would rather stay in. Moving on from the living area/ kitchen you will find the amazing gym and Turkish bath and then the hallway leading to the bedrooms. All five bedrooms are large, comfortable and decorated with warm colours, with extra amenities like flatscreen televisions and plenty of storage space. Three out of five bedrooms have en-suite, completely renovated bathrooms, while the others can readily reach the services in the hallway. The views are breathtaking, the location is stellar, and the layout works well for multiple couples and kids. There are multiple extra fees to be aware of: per person city tax, utility charges ( 8 days and over), extra linens and towels. Apartments Florence staff are easy to communicate with and respond to requests. The fireplace remote was missing for our entire stay; it would have been nice to enjoy the fire. The kitchen has many plates, glasses, and sets of silverware. We cooked a few times and wished there were more baking dishes. The refrigerator is larger than most in Europe. Washer and dryer is a combination machine; we mostly used to wash then dried items on the rack. The building is very quiet and secure. It was the perfect spot for our holiday reunion.
