« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either! »

« Bon séjour à part Le vol de vêtements dans le séchoir en fonctionnement de l'hôtel. C'est dommage que l'accès à la laverie ne soit pas sécurisé. (Porte ouverte 24h/24.) Hôtel bien situé et calme. »

« Bon accueil. Chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Literie de très bonne qualité (la meilleure de nos 20 nuits de road trip). Connexion WIFI excellente. Bon petit-déjeuner. Seul petit défaut : climatisation un peu bruyante mas tout à fait supportable. »

« Property advertises a pool and hot tub. Neither was available due to extended renovations. This is false advertising and I should be refunded. Hotel staff totally unapologetic. Property in poor condition throughout. Drop ceiling panels missing, with pipework and insulation visible. Toilet doesn't flush reliably. Bathroom sink drains slowly. Baseboard fell off and is sagging loose. Unattended exterior doors, that nominally have keycard security, open without a keycard scan. Look...

« I was comfortable here, staff was very kind to me, only problem is there was stuff left from housekeeping in room drawers and also bathtub was dirty but they are remodeling so no worries this time. I also haven't received my deposit which I hope it comes today?!?! there is no reason to not get it. also a microwave would have been handy there's only refrigerators in the room. »
