"The room was clean and staff were lovely. We had 3 nights and overall a good experience, disappointing was no black out curtains and a spotlight in the grounds meant our room was light all night. Buffet breakfast was good but with a full hotel did not keep up with demand. Would stay again if needing to be near the zoo and mansion. "
