« Great spot on the Great Ocean Road, would stay there again without hesitation. We were offered early check in (but weren’t in town to take advantage), staff were lovely and friendly, park has great facilities (laundry, pool, all kinds of kids activities), cabin has all we needed and is a good layout, plus Aireys Inlet is a lovely spot. »

"Horrible expérience, on m'a mit dans une chambre communicante, les occupants de la chambre voisine, visiblement éméchés, ont fait la fête toute la nuit, impossible de fermer l'œil dans ce type de chambre !!!! J'ai demandé à changer de chambre : refus. La seconde nuit , exactement la même chose. J'ai passé 2 nuits à ne pas dormir du tout et aucun remboursement. J'ai donc payé, pour ne pas dormir, scandaleux ! Déjeuner très moyen également."

"Séjour d'une nuit avant de prendre l'avion. Comme notre vol était en après-midi, j'ai demandé pour un late check out. L'employé du soir m'a gentiment donné une heure gratuite en plus (donc de 11h àmidi), puis m'a donné le tarif pour les heures supplémentaires : 20$ australien/h. J'ai eu le tort de ne pas accepter sa proposition car le lendemain matin, l'employé qui était à la réception nous a dit qu'il n'était pas possible de garder la chambre après 11h, et que chaque heure supplémentaire coûtait 30$/h après 11h du matin ! 3h supplémentaires nous auraient donc coûté le même prix que la nuit que nous venions de payer ! J'ai eu l'impression que le tarif était à la tête du client et qu'aucune uniformité de l'information n'était établie à propos des frais liés au "late check out ". Nous avons donc rendu la chambre avant 11h et sommes revenus nous changer dans les toilettes de l'hôtel avant notre départ pour l'aéroport. J'ai trouvé cette situation très inconfortable et cela m'a énormément déçu d'avoir affaire à du personnel très approximatif et pas très dévoué au bien-être des clients. "
